Today learn how to prepare four different Bhajis ( Onions, Potato, Cabbage, Chilli). Enjoy your monsoon with hot Bhajis and Tea. <br /> <br />Ingredients: (no specific measurements) <br /> <br />Onions, chopped/ ఉల్లిపాయ <br />Cabbage (Kobi), chopped/ క్యాబేజీ <br />Potatoes, chopped/ బంగాళాదుంప <br />Big Red Chillies, chopped/ ఎర్ర మిరపకాయ <br />Gram Flour/ శనగపిండి <br />Mix Masala/ మిక్స్ మసాలా <br />Turmeric Powder/ పసుపు <br />Coriander Leaves/ కొత్తిమీర <br />Salt to taste/ ఉప్పు <br />Water/ నీళ్ళు <br />Oil for frying/ నూనె <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />To make Kanda Bhaji / Onion Fritters <br /> <br />- In a bowl take chopped onion. Add mix masala, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves & a little water. <br />- Coat the chopped onion with all the masala and keep ready for frying. <br />- In hot oil, fry the bhaji till golden brown. <br /> <br />To Make Kobi Bhaji / Cabbage Fritters <br /> <br />- In a bowl take chopped cabbage. Add mix masala, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves & a little water. <br />- Coat the chopped cabbage with the masala and keep ready for frying. <br />- In hot oil, fry the bhaji till golden brown. <br /> <br />To Make Batata Bhaji / Potato Fritters <br /> <br />- To make the batter, in a bowl take gram flour. Add mix masala, salt, turmeric powder, water and coriander leaves. Mix everything well. <br />- The batter should be of pouring consistency. <br />- Dip the chopped potatoes in the batter and fry till the potato is cooked. <br /> <br />To make Mirchi Bhaji / Big Green Chillies Fritters <br /> <br />- Slit the chillies & remove seeds to bring down the acidity. <br />- In the same batter of batata bhaji, dip the green chillies. <br />- Fry them in hot oil till golden colour.
